OVERVIEW

Introducing the innovative regeneration plans for a city park and cultural centre on the site of the derelict Flagship shopping centre in Bangor city.

The Flagship in Bangor has been empty for a number of years but with significant investment by Northhold group, the site will be re-purposed to support a perfect blend of office space, retail, leisure and accessible gardens.

Fully-funded through private sector investment, the progressive masterplan promises to support the positive regeneration of Bangor city centre and complement the upgrades planned for Bangor Marine and Queen’s Parade.

We invite you to review the proposals for the site regeneration and share your opinions with us as part of a business and community consultation.
